We were located in a peaceful area surrounded by a beautiful, lush forest that we could easily explore on foot, just steps from the hotel's entrance. the spacious rooms were fit for a couple, and the bathroom facilities were clean, bright, and well-maintained. the service staff was always polite and willing to help. the breakfast was rich and diverse, with a great selection of fresh and healthy foods. we had access to the free gym and the spa facilities, including the pool and sauna, which were top-notch.

We found that the spa treatment staff spoke only Czech or Russian, which made it challenging to fully enjoy our wellness package.

Spending my Christmas holidays here was a great choice! the view from my room was breathtaking; I felt closer to nature with the mountain and forest view. the food served during the Christmas meal was delicious and fresh. the staff was very helpful and kind, making sure I had everything I needed. Being close to the town center, I was able to enjoy the festivities and experience the local culture. the spa treatments provided were very professional, making me feel healthier and relaxed.

The sound protection between rooms could be improved since sometimes I could hear my neighbors too well. the absence of kettle set in the room was a minor inconvenience because I had to go down to the lobby to request hot water.
